YOU SHOULD NOT SUBMIT ANY INFORMATION TO THE PLATFORM THAT YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO HAVE DISCLOSED. HIGHER LANDING INC. ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR DISCLOSURE OF USER CONTENT.

Data Security

We have taken steps appropriate for a beta product to protect information submitted to the Platform, including user authentication systems. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Higher Landing Inc. does not warrant the absolute security of your data and accepts no liability for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of User Content.

Data Retention

Higher Landing Inc. may retain User Content and associated data for as long as necessary to operate, improve, and develop the Platform and its products, or as required by law. Data may also be retained in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely for internal research and development purposes. Given the beta nature of the Platform, data may be deleted, modified, or lost without notice as part of normal development operations.

Higher Landing Inc. will endeavour to fulfill such requests but cannot guarantee complete deletion of all data due to backups, logs, third-party processing pipelines, or technical limitations inherent to the Platform.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Higher Landing Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to the Platform, please contact us immediately at info@higherlanding.com.
