This Refund Policy sets out the terms that apply to the purchase of access to the "Invisible to Unforgettable, The 7-Day Brand Discovery Intensive" program ("the Program") operated by Higher Landing Inc. By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
Higher Landing Inc. does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for the Program under any circumstances, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law. Once your purchase is complete, the sale is final.
The Program is an informational digital product consisting of proprietary methodology, video lessons, written content, exercises, and materials, delivered entirely online. Upon purchase, you are granted immediate and full access to the Program in its entirety.
Because the value of the Program lies in the information and methodology it contains, that value is transferred to you the moment access is granted. Once you have access, the content can be viewed, read, downloaded, copied, or otherwise retained, and Higher Landing Inc. has no means of verifying what has been consumed, retained, or applied. For this reason, the Program is deemed fully delivered and consumed at the time access is granted, regardless of whether you complete, partially complete, or never begin the course.
Failure to complete the Program, lack of time, change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content, results achieved or not achieved, or non-use of your access do not entitle you to a refund. The Program is self-paced, and your access remains available to you for its stated duration whether or not you choose to use it.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that (a) you are purchasing immediate access to digital informational content, (b) you consent to that content being made available to you immediately, (c) you understand that this waives any cooling-off or cancellation period that might otherwise apply to distance purchases where permitted by law, and (d) you accept that no refund will be provided.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or payment provider in respect of a valid purchase, rather than contacting us, is a breach of this policy. Higher Landing Inc. reserves the right to contest any such dispute with evidence of your purchase, acceptance of this policy, and access to the Program, and to suspend or terminate your access pending resolution.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Program, please contact us at info@higherlanding.com. We will work to restore your access promptly. Technical issues are resolved by restoring access and do not give rise to a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement. Where such laws require a refund, we will comply to the minimum extent required.
Higher Landing Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
